Manual Voting Registration
CAS students with intermittent internet connection may opt for the Manual Voting Method to cast their votes! In this method, votes will be submitted via voice call. The CEB shall call the voter on their preferred time to be able to cast their vote. The voter is assured that their votes would be stored properly through a written physical paper ballot which would be filled by the Election Volunteer upon receiving information from the call. Their votes will be counted in the canvassing without their identities surfacing.
Registration is open until August 26.
